Depositing Money INTO your Heritage Bank Account

There are several ways you can make deposits to your Heritage Bank accounts.

Move Money with Digital Banking
In Digital Banking, select Move Money from the menu to:

• Transfer money between your accounts
• Initiate transfers from an account at another institution

Mobile Deposit with Digital Banking
In Digital Banking, select Deposit Checks from the menu. You can use Mobile Deposit from your smart phone or any other mobile device that has a camera.

Direct Deposit
If your employer has the capabilities, direct deposit is a convenient way to have your payroll check deposited into your Heritage Bank account.

Deposit at our Hybrid ATM
Our Hybrid ATMs accept cash and check deposits 24 hours a day. Get started with your debit card and follow the prompts on the screen or select the “Request Teller Assistance” button to get help with your deposit from our friendly and helpful staff Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon.

Deposit by Mail
If you would like to send a check by mail to any Heritage Bank location, make sure checks are properly endorsed on the back with For Deposit Only  and the signatures of all payees. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Deposit by Wire Transfer
When you need to move larger dollar amounts quickly, wire transfers are a good alternative. The institution sending the money will need your Heritage Bank account number and our routing number – 091914710.
