An eStatement and eNotice are electronic files that contain all the same information of the physical version, while saving paper and freeing up storage space. eStatements and eNotices are safe, secure ways to view your account activity.

Go to your Digital Banking profile to enroll.
Who can receive eStatements and eNotices
Any Heritage Bank checking or savings account is eligible for eStatements and eNotices. Loans are also eligible to receive eNotices. You must have a valid email address for eStatements.
How to access eStatements
Notification of eStatement and eNotice availability will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account(s). eStatements and eNotices can be accessed through Digital Banking by clicking the Documents button.
If you are signed up to receive eStatements and your checking account is charged for an overdraft, insufficient funds or a returned item, you will receive an email notice in the same manner that you receive the eStatement notice. The eNotice is also available on loan billing statements, HUD notices, loan maturity notices, loan past due notices and loan payment notices.
If you would like to receive check images with your eStatements, the option is available at no additional charge for Bankclub, Classic or Legacy checking accounts. Check images are available for $5 per month with Commercial, Small Business or Low Activity checking accounts. Check images are not available for Carefree, eCentive or Money Market accounts.
