Heritage Bank N.A. is excited to announce the hiring of Marilee Martin Jager as a Business Relationship Manager. Ms. Martin Jager complements the team, bringing more than 12 years of banking experience from various sized markets.
“Marilee’s thorough knowledge of the financial industry and her attention to detail will prove highly beneficial to the clients she serves throughout central and western Minnesota,” Market President Ross Magnuson said. “We are fortunate to have her join our team and her enthusiasm is a sign of good things to come.”
As a Business Relationship Manager in our unique Team of Three approach, Martin Jager will lead in the development and growth of client relationships with the support of a Portfolio Manager and Business Associate. “Our team approach allows Marilee the opportunity to be out meeting with clients, while the internal processes are being managed by professionals within the bank.” Magnuson said. “Building relationships is really key and we do that on a foundation of accuracy, efficiency and professionalism.”
Martin Jager has a degree from North Dakota State University in Fargo, and currently lives in Dawson with her husband and children. Martin Jager enjoys exploring nature with her children, running, yoga, reading and writing. She expects to be doing more volunteering and networking this spring. She currently acts as the Vice Chair of the JM Foundation, which partners with Johnson Memorial Health Services in Dawson for the health and viability of the community.
