Your Heritage Bank Visa debit card is automatically enrolled in a fraud monitoring program through Shazam which looks for unusual patterns and high-risk transactions. If any unusual activity is detected, you may receive a phone call from our card issuer (Shazam) or a Heritage Bank Customer Service Representative.
